A Day in the Life of the Front-End Engineer

This Vue.js Front-end developer will help this organization craft its next generation of products and services. You will work with a lean and agile team of developers to create cutting-edge products in the grocery eCommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

• Take High Fidelity UI designs from designers and product managers and craft them into working software
• Follow Vue component & state management best practices to build usable and scalable interfaces
• 90% of what the organization needs can be accomplished with Tailwind, but you should be comfortable deep-diving into CSS to attain the high fidelity that this product demands.
• Consume REST APIs in the client with the industry’s best practices.

Here’s what the current tech stack looks like:

• Programming Languages: Javascript, PHP
• Frameworks: Vue.js 2 & 3, Nuxt 3, Tailwind CSS, Laravel 4.2 - 9.5
• Other technologies: REST APIs, MySQL, Ubuntu

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CSS & HTML
• 2+ years of experience in Vue.js
• Strong Javascript skills - Typescript proficiency is a plus
• Experience consuming REST APIs in the frontend
• Tailwind Experience is a plus
• Vue 3 composition API is a plus
• Proficiency in SCSS & SASS is a plus
