Senior Frontend Developer / Tech Lead

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer / Tech Lead.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields;
• Proven experience as a senior Front-End developer with a solid track record in advanced and complex projects;
• Demonstrated expertise in leading technical Front-End teams, mentoring, and empowering experienced professionals;
• Hands-on experience with React.js, especially in challenging and high-complexity environments;
• Advanced knowledge of Front-End platform architecture, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions and promote best practices;
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative environment with technically demanding profiles;
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Availability to work in a fully remote setting, with the discipline and autonomy required for remote collaboration.
