Overview:
The Senior Frontend Developer plays a crucial role in our organization by leading the development and implementation of user-facing features using React. They will be responsible for creating high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications that meet both the functional and aesthetic requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design solutions
- Develop user interfaces and implement them using React
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Write reusable and efficient code
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end logic
- Identify and resolve performance and security issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality and documentation
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Contribute to technical and architectural decision-making
- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests
Required Qualifications:
- You bring 9+ years of experience as a front end or full stack developer to the table
- JavaScript, React and NextJs are probably going to be the best (wo)men at your wedding
- You have a strong opinion on all things UX and (raw) design, and a track record that assures team members you arenβt talking sh*t
- You can own a whole department if needed
- One time you subsisted on nothing but design patterns for a month
