Senior Frontend Developer

Objective:

We are seeking a versatile and talented individual to fill the combined role of Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer. This position requires a strong blend of technical and creative skills to design and develop user-centric, responsive web applications. You will be responsible for both crafting intuitive user interfaces and implementing them in code, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand requirements and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize concepts.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and component libraries.
• Conduct usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback for improvement.]
• Frontend Development:
• Transform designs into functional web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain responsive, interactive web applications.
• Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met in all designs and implementations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to align business goals with user needs.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless functionality and integration.
• Iterate on designs and implementations based on user feedback and analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Communication engineering or any other related field
• Total working experience 3-5 Years
• Total experience in field 3 years
• Proven experience as an UI/UX.
• Qualifications necessary for the vacancy.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion).
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based architectures.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
