Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with expertise in modern UI frameworks and accessibility standards. You should have a strong ability to transform Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages while ensuring optimal performance and usability.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Front-end Developer
- Hands-on experience with markup languages like HTML
- Experience with the JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, high-quality, and accessible web pages
- Work with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS to create modern, mobile-friendly designs
- Convert Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages
- Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ensure web accessibility compliance following WCAG guidelines and implement ARIA roles
- Work with Vue.js or React.js for interactive UI components (Bonus)
- Implement and maintain WordPress ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) (Bonus)
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to improve usability
- Gather user feedback to build better solutions
- Create quality mockups and prototypes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in frontend development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
- Ability to create pixel-perfect UI from Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD
- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, color contrast)
- Familiarity with WordPress ACF (Bonus)
- Experience with Vue.js or React.js (Bonus)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
