As we are constantly growing and developing, we are currently looking for Lead Frontend Developer to join our development office in Gdansk (Poland).

As part of our Asset Finance team, you'll help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. As a market leader in the Nordics, collaborating with some of the largest car brands, and powering the majority of all Nordic financed cars, you’ll play a key role in creating solutions that make these assets more accessible, enabling clients to achieve ambitious goals and drive lasting success.

As our Lead Frontend Developer you will:

• Introduce and lead frontend development practices within the team, setting the foundation for this competency and driving its growth, including mentoring others and potentially expanding the team,
• Be an active member of a development team working on the Asset Finance Suite,
• Develop, maintain, and modernize code using Svelte,
• Be a part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals, where your voice truly matters,
• Collaborate with other departments in an international environment.

Are we a great match?

Essential skills and experience:

• At least 3 years of frontend or full-stack development on senior position,
• Good English&Polish skills allowing efficient communication in an international environment,
• Experience with any frontend component-based framework (Svelte, React, Vue, Angular),
• Desire to learn modern technologies, like Svelte and Tailwind,
• TypeScript experience for both frontend and backend,
• Knowledge of HTML5 + modern ECMAScript APIs,
• Good understanding of CSS and layouts,
• Hands-on experience with automated testing (including unit tests).

Preffered skills and experience:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools like Vite,
• Understanding of good UX principles,
• Familiarity with GIT, Azure DevOps,
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail,
• Agile and Scrum methodologies,
• Financial or banking sector interest.
