Junior Frontend Developer

Your tasks include:

• Working in a team: You will work on exciting topics related to our multilingual car rental comparison - from the frontend of our internal tools to their further development with React. You will work closely with our backend team to connect REST APIs and our backend systems
  
• Take responsibility: You are responsible for the technical implementation of product improvements and further develop our web frontends for desktop, tablet and mobile devices
  
• Optimize tech stack: You help to further develop the current state-of-the-art tech stack of our entire application
  
• Ensure coordination and communication: You implement innovative features in close cooperation with our product managers and by contributing your own ideas
  

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training in IT or a degree in computer science
  
• First professional experience in development and understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
  
• Tech stack: Knowledge of JavaScript and a JavaScript framework (preferably React, Angular, Vue.js or similar), initial experience in using the Linux shell and good knowledge of HTML and CSS
  
• Digital Mindset: Passion and interest in web development and a feel for UI/UX
  
• Drive and spirit: Strong quality awareness, hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team, as well as a high level of commitment
  
• Fluent German and good English skills
